Requirements
You are over 18 years of age
You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
You are healthy and do not have any allergies
You have not had filler or toxin treatments in the last 6-months.
Pictures are crucial for your submission. For us to evaluate and choose each patient, please submit clear photos for us to review, preferably with no makeup or filter.

After they submit this, and their photos are approved, is there a way we can automate it so we have to go in a click “approve model”. Once we approve them, can we send them a message such as “you just became approved to become a model for our upcoming course, please secure your spot by following this link. The link would be directed into Elemis, where they can secure their spot.
We will do this for Level 1 right now, as we need some more restrictions on advanced courses.
The checkout flow would be as follows:
1. Select a date: (Choose one) Level 1 (2023): February 24th, April 22nd, June 10th, Nov 11th
2. Select your spot: (choose one) This part should have two options for the pricing
Injector: Dr. Buford – $750, Injector: Lauren Mitschrich – $750, Trainer Led Injector Spot: $550
3. Submit your required forms: have a check box “I have been a model in the past” or ” I am a new model” If they select “new model” they need to be directed to submit 4 forms to e-sign and be emailed directly to the models@ email address. I have attached these all for you. They ALL must be filled and signed before submission.
4. Any additional comments: Please note this here if you request a specific trainer or student.
We will need to put a maximum number of signups on each spot. Lauren and Dr. Buford can have 3 signups per class max. and let’s set student signups at 5 for the beginning unless notes increase.

Model FAQs
Aside from receiving over 50% off of your treatments, you will also receive 10% off of all skincare at BEAUTY BY BUFORD. Note: skincare discounts will only be applied, when purchased on your appointment day
Our Level 1 model opportunities include the following areas of treatment 1 Syringe of Filler: Chin, Cheeks, Nasolabial Folds, or Marionette Lines Toxin: Up to 40 units (as needed) Note: The area of filler chosen will be discussed by you and our trainers (Dr. Buford or Lauren) to provide the best outcome for each treatment. Syringes may be split in different areas, or used in one area.
No problem! Our experienced injectors will provide their suggested treatment to you, which falls under the areas of injections we are performing with our class.
Yes, however this is the same cost and only applies to our “Trainer Injector spots”. For our Trainer Led Injector spot, we must be able to inject both filler and toxins on each model for educational purposes.

Yes, you can! It is all first come, first serve for our models and we love having our models back for more amazing treatments. You can secure your spot anytime by heading to our course signup page – linked here (link checkout page)
Our trainings are typically held at BEAUTY By BUFORD: 10459 Park Meadows Dr., Suite 100 Lone Tree, CO 80124
While we try and keep our classes small, you may have up to 3 students in your room watching your injections. Remember, this is a training opportunity and knowledge is power! However you will still receive the amazing results you would expect to see at BEAUTY By BUFORD.
You will receive your appointment time 7-14 days before your selected date. Typically, times vary between 1:30 PM and 4:00 PM. If you would like to request a specific time, you can apply by emailing us at [email protected]. Please note, this is note guaranteed.
We ask you to plan to be there for a maximum of 2-hours for your appointment time. As we try and move as quickly as possible, it is a learning setting. Of course, the earlier that you sign up for an upcoming model spot, the earlier your appointment time will be. Note: Your appointment time provided allows you 30- minutes of numbing, before actually stepping into our injecting room.
Not to worry! Our experienced injectors are here for you, and this is a perfect opportunity for you to learn! We use one syringe of filler, which is a great introductory amount to try.
This means that you will be injected by one of our experienced students, with guidance from our trainers (Dr. Buford, Lauren or a guest trainer) during our hands-on portion of our course curriculum. Please note, that we have extremely high standards, and each students results reflects our business. Therefore, we would never allow a student to inject if our trainers do not feel that they are prepared to do so. We have high standards, and our models absolutely love their experience and results with us!
Follow ups will be handled by BEAUTY By BUFORD, but is only allowed for serious concerns. If you feel that there is a serious concern, please call them as soon as possible at: 303-747-6719 Note: all additional treatments will be charged from the standard BEAUTY By BUFORD costs.

I was a botox model this weekend with Lauren, who is simply incredible. She is very knowledgeable and explains in great detail why or why not she wants to inject certain areas, expectations and desired results. As if that isn't enough she injects so gently that you aren't uncomfortable at all. They use numbing cream in some areas as well. I have had botox at other facilities where the needle is much bigger and it's given me some needle phobia from the pain. Highly recommend!!
